Last Known Information

Keeshae Jacobs, 21, disappeared in Richmond, Virginia after visiting a male friend's home on September 26, 2016. She texted her mother, Toni Jacobs, that she had arrived safely and would see her the next day; she was never heard from again. Richmond Police publicly stated in November 2017 that they believed foul play was involved, and in 2023 named a man, Otis Tucker, as a suspect in her disappearance; Tucker had given Jacobs's mother conflicting accounts of when he last saw her. In November 2022, Tucker was separately arrested and charged with second-degree murder and evidence tampering in the death of a different woman in Florida. He has never been charged in connection with Jacobs's disappearance. No arrest has been made and Keeshae has never been found.
